About the Role
Lively is looking for an Art Director to join its fast-growing product and design team. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll develop a world-class consumer brand that rebrands hearing health itself. It’s an opportunity to demonstrate how design can make a meaningful impact on the quality of life for millions of Americans.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Design, Marketing and Product to articulate Lively’s brand and value prop; destigmatize hearing aids; and improve patient outcomes in hearing health. The role stretches across web, video and print.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the Head of Design to evolve and differentiate the Lively brand: website, app, social, print and broadcast
- Collaborate with the product team by bring life to the app and website
- Visualize complex ideas in web, print and video
- Design emails, digital ads, brochures, packaging, and in-box collateral
- Edit video and develop motion graphics
- Brainstorm, organize and execute photo and video shoots
- Support the marketing & new business teams, developing ideas and assets for advertising, landing pages, social, print, email and broadcast
- Maintain and enrich an asset and deliverables library
- Delight your friends with your rich knowledge of audiology.
Qualifications
- Superlative design portfolio, an excellent sense of typography, and a BFA
- 5+ years of industry experience doing the following:
- Art Direction
- Marketing emails and email templates
- Social media marketing
- Ideating and art directing photoshoots
- Photography, motion graphics and video editing experience a big plus
- Portfolio of stellar consumer-facing work and B2C experience
- Mastery of the latest versions of applicable programs like CS suite (After effects and Premier a huge plus). Familiarity with Sketch, Figma
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail is a must
- Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable shifting from directing to execution
