Description:

The Associate Producer, Creative will play a key role in the support of building, maintaining, and reporting on BNs rich media, interactive video, and major Social platform advertising products. The applicant must have a solid understanding of cross-channel digital advertising, web and mobile design, interactive graphic animation, and device-appropriate optimization principles. Must be able to communicate design and functionality vision and deliver strong recommendations supported by strategic rationale.

The Associate Producer, Creative will play a key role as the liaison between the Creative Team, Sales, Sales Planning, Services, Traffic Account Managers, and external clients. Candidate must have great interpersonal skills, be able to handle a fast-paced environment, oversee multiple projects, and prioritize effectively. Candidate will work directly with stakeholders to build a rapport and customize ad concepts and processes for live ad campaigns and show value through analytics and campaign recaps. Candidate will review video and graphic assets to determine if assets fit within Brand Networks’ specifications. You’ll help set the agenda, timelines, and deliverables across Designers, Developers, Account Managers, Sales, and external clients.

What you will own:

  • Oversight and guidance on ad concepts, storyboards, and ad unit production.
  • Ensuring the creative vision can be realized from a technical standpoint.
  • Must QA all units from an art direction and technical standpoint (including rich media tracking).
  • In-flight optimization at a creative level.
  • Analytic recaps.
  • Benchmarking.
  • Ideation collaboration with creative, marketing and sales teams for pitches and RFPs.
  • Sales opportunities and incrementals.

Proposed Duties:

Administrative/General:

  • Help creative team with daily production tasks and ad-hoc Sales / Marketing requests.
    • Facilitate production flow (Salesforce set up and assignments).
    • Work on any tweaks to the Salesforce process.
  • Standardizing / organizing current processes & documents.
  • Project management (for Social, DA, and Cross Channel initiatives).
  • Review and make recommended creative tasks and edits by providing feedback utilizing social background.
  • Become analytics point person and provide weekly reporting to the creative team
  • Render rate/load rate of custom ads
  • Sit in on client, partner, and internal meetings where applicable to provide social/creative expertise.

Strategy & Bigger Picture:

  • Identify opportunities for custom creative on both Social and Digital Activation for new and existing clients for revenue or advancement of services.
  • Help verticalization on Social and Digital Activation.
  • Help create case studies.
  • Sculpt awards scripts within certain presentation protocols.
  • Develop analytics that prove value of custom creative.
  • Analytics: review and recommend services based on facts.
  • Empower services teams to be able to speak to creative offering as a method to win or increase deals.
    • Speak directly with Managers & Directors about creative ideation and direction.
    • Meet with teams to understand where our creative offering could be leveraged.
    • Help with continuing education on production process and work on any alterations to this process.
    • Meet with sales team to understand how the offering is being pitched and how it can be altered to certain clients.
    • Help the marketing team create buzz around creative team and offering.
  • Weigh in on updates to the creative website.
