At Red Antler, we build brands for companies that are changing how the world works. Our clients span a wide range of categories, representing some of the most exciting businesses in the startup space and beyond. We are currently searching for a talented and motivated Designer to join our Brand Design team and support Design Leads and Directors on various client projects. As a Brand Designer, you'll have the opportunity to help create a diverse range of branding systems for clients that are thoughtful yet strategic and span multiple touch points.

What you'll do:

• Conceive and build identity systems from the ground up, helping to create the visual elements for our clients
• Work closely with team members to realize print, packaging, motion and 3D executions
• Assist senior teammates on design projects from brainstorming and initial concepting through final production
• Handle everything from sketching and visualizing to refining final assets for delivery to clients
• Collaborate across Client and Strategy teams to create memorable brand experiences for clients
• Build rapport with clients and collaborate with fellow designers to help generate and deliver tangible, impactful ideas
• Develop exciting branding work that is rooted in strategy and answer our clients’ business needs
• Support Design Leads and Design Directors in client presentations

Skills and qualities we look for:

• 3-4 years of experience in a creative or branding agency or design studio and a portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking
• Undergraduate degree in graphic design or similar experience
• Detail-oriented and entrepreneurial with a passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Ability to receive direction and learn from teammates but also take initiative and meet various design challenges
• Excellent typography and drawing skills and expertise using Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and hit delivery deadlines
• Dog lover! (we have a few small dogs who work here part-time)
