Immediate position to fill in a fast-growing start-up based in NYC. Seeking a highly motivated, elite creative mind to lead UX-UI design team in bringing SportsBiz's suite of products to market within one-year time-frame. This life position is for that special, unique thinker, the one with keen vision, the desire to empower 4 other members (and growing) of the squad who will look to you to enhance their UX-UI skills by your example and through your effective quarterbacking. 

SportsBiz is building a Sofware as a Service (SaaS) end-to-end advanced data analytics platform that deploys artificial intelligence and machine learning to remedy the vast financial inefficiencies that plague the sports sponsorship industry. 

A pre-revenue, pre-money startup with accomplished members expert in the fields of front end and back end engineering, data science, sports marketing, and management, you will join our team as a Founding Member of the Company. You will be entitled to all financial and material benefits granted to SportsBiz's founding members.  Must have a keen understanding, appreciation, and passion for startup culture - its pace, risk, and rewards - and unceasing desire/drive to communicate vision/ideas on an ongoing basis. 

I. Responsibilities: 
1. Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our B2B users.
2. Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
3. Passion for start-up culture and continuous iteration of products to serve client base. 

II. Minimum Qualifications: 
1. Vast experience in team leadership and rapid product build.
2. Elite communications skills
3. Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design.
4. Diverse portfolio of UX-UI work. 
 

III. Preferred Qualifications: 
1. 7+ years of product design experience
2. Outstanding human relations skills and love of team play
3. Experience designing for Big Data and database product solutions 
4. A passion for professional sports
5. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, pre-Series A fundraising environment as SportsBiz is going to market to raise $10M commencing the end of September
6. May commence as a part-time team member and transition to full-time upon SportsBiz's securing of its partial round of fundraising

Must agree to: 
1. Immediate hire

2. Meetings with over 20 major high net worth investors including NFL and NBA team owners have already been staged. All awaiting Version 2 of SportsBiz's prototype.

3. Work for equity (until partial fundraising goal is achieved within 30-45-day period).
