What does your typical day look like?

Home renovations require many different expertises to achieve a great result. On any given day, I’ll need to collaborate with sales, support, architects, designers, and software engineers to deliver the best experience for our clients. There’s always something to learn from each other, and the result ends up being greater than the sum of our parts.

What makes someone successful on your team?

As a project planner at Block, I’ve found that dedication, drive and collaboration are critical to our team’s success. We focus on delivering a premium and customized experience for our clients by injecting personality & creativity into every interaction. After all, both bathrooms & kitchens are the most personal spaces in the home!

Sarah

Project Planner

What projects are you most excited about?

It's so exciting to see the breadth of the platform we've shipped this past year. From our visual planner that shows real time design choices to clients, to the builder app our GCs run on their phones (iOS and Android) we've built a really strong foundation to innovate upon in 2021. We're planning projects for all stages of the renovation process.
