CONTRIBUTION

Brand and marketing designers at StrongArm Tech will produce compelling and original designs for the applications across a variety of channels, with a heavy focus on collateral creation, social media support, experiential design and overall website maintenance. They will work collaboratively with the marketing director, as well as other team members, to translate their requirements into visual design that is functional, visually exciting and true to the brand. Additionally, this role will:

• Be required to think creatively and lead design projects.
• Manage and support the continued development and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Design and create a visual library of illustrations/icons/motion graphics/etc  for various applications.
• Support marketing and business development with verbal and visual execution on various materials.
• Support social media efforts by producing quick and compelling visual assets - illustration, video, image, photoshop, etc.
• Support and collaborate with product design team to maintain and evolve design library.
• Work with sales and customer teams to develop strong brand experience materials for onboarding, piloting and events.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic visual design or relevant fields.
• Proficiency on basic Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Suite.
• Comfortable in digital landscape with Web & App design and light development.
• Proficiency on Motion graphic design skill is a plus.
