Your role:

This is a role that is not limiting. You’ll join a company and a design team that is primed for growth and where your work will directly impact the direction of the business everyday.

As a designer with a focus on UI design you’ll be responsible for the successful follow-on ideation and execution of digital experience design. While your primary duties will be related to digital experience design, you will collaborate on other design projects that will serve to expand your depth and breadth of branding, marketing, and creative strategy. You will have the chance to touch and impact the evolution and development of all of our digital products. The team will depend on you to have ideas and opinions and be able to integrate them into the larger vision provided by your teammates. You will join our growing design and product teams and will work to help create and foster the direction for our product platforms.

Requirements

• In-depth background in graphic, UI, and digital product design; good working knowledge of and interest in branding, marketing, and design narrative strategy
• A portfolio you’re proud of
• Ability to work on and manage multiple design projects at once
• High proficiency working in Sketch, Adobe CC and Principle or prototyping software of choice
• A willingness to sharing your process and work-in-progress with the team
• Have hustle, fearless commitment, and humility.
• Know when to ask for help and guidance.
• Do great work and be great to work with
