About the role
We're looking for an experienced multidisciplinary Graphic Designer passionate about creating experiences and crafting compelling visual narratives that align with our brand and overall tone. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Graphic Designer should care deeply about creating seamless experiences across channels, wear multiple hats and work collaboratively across all channels to support the Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Create multi-media narratives that tell engaging stories of a deliverable, with the audience and communication objective in mind
- Support design needs for all marketing efforts, including sales enablement materials, online, digital ads, social media posts, landing pages and our corporate website,
- Ability to take projects from concept to completion, exploring a range of solutions and getting design team and stakeholder feedback along the way
- Naturally inclined towards design optimized for marketing performance. You consistently research, identify, and share current industry design trends as they relate to the brand.
- Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to in all executions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with an innovative mindset and spirit. You are comfortable with tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Great time management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects at once and have the ability to articulate design concepts internally and cross-functionally
- Have a growth-mindset both professionally and personally. You're a team player and work cross-functionally in a highly iterative and collaborative way.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in design, advertising or related field
- Minimum of three to five years professional-level experience required
- Proven work experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a refined editorial aesthetic and seamless adaptability to a brand’s existing visual style
- B2B marketing experience required
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent typography and layout skills
- Proficient illustrative skills
- Experience in photoshoot or video production is a plus
- Experience working with Sketch or Figma
- Understand design applications in traditional and emerging channels
- State opinions clearly and can verbally describe visual concepts
- Adapt well to changing priorities, deadlines and directions
- Understand that all projects require attention to detail so that work is on time and on strategy
- Ability to work autonomously without micro-direction and can be counted on for accuracy
- Demonstrated creative conceptualization skills
