We recently raised a $55M Series C led by Insight Partners and Accel to build location infrastructure for every product and service. Our team is growing quickly and has backgrounds from companies like Google Maps, GitHub, Foursquare, and Facebook. We are remote-friendly and based in NYC.
About the role
Radar is looking for a Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team with strategic and tactical design resources and also serve as a “mini design agency” to our GTM function. You’ll have a knack for creative/brand and web design, and an interest in the location space.
As our first full-time graphic designer in marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in contributing to our creative efforts, building our design culture and helping our customers realize the next generation of location-based app experiences.
You will report to our VP of Marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with our Marketing team to contribute tactical design resources (e.g., customer-facing ad creatives and campaigns, landing pages, whitepapers, video and slide deck templates, etc.)
- Act as a “mini design agency” to our GTM function
- Help our enterprise customers and prospects visualize and realize location-based experiences, from location-enabled curbside pickup and permissions prompts to in-app search and loyalty features (e.g., pitch decks and app mockups)
- Collaborate with product design to refine and update our brand design system, setting a standard for consistency and excellence across all channels
You have:
- 3+ years of creative/brand and web design experience supporting Marketing teams at a B2B SaaS company
- A strong portfolio showing your B2B design work (i.e annual reports, one sheets, white papers). Applications without a portfolio included will not be considered
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch
- High attention to detail with a drive for pixel-perfect perfection
- Basic illustration skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- Experience designing experiences for brick-and-mortar brands, either in an agency or internal role, is a plus
- Advanced illustration or motion design skills, a plus
- Experience pitching to customers and/or clients, a plus
