What You'll Be Doing:
 

• Creating: Let's not kid ourselves here, if you're a designer you're in this business to create. And here at LiveLike, there will be no shortage of creative demand. Not only are innovating in an undefined industry, but we're also continually trying to better ourselves. Success isn't good enough, and when you've got a mentality like that, there is no shortage of creative demand.  From simple website edits, social media, and branded content all the way to custom created VR/AR assets for clients. You'll be our go-to for all graphic design work.
• Learning: We want you to have interests in the different disciples of design we practice. Which means we want you to explore and be vocal about the areas you'd like to educate and practice within. Our team is small, so everyone got the fortune of working past their job description. We want you to own the work you do wholeheartedly, but don't shy away from being curious!
• Contributing: You're going to part of our design team, but that doesn't mean you'll only be working with them every day. As a Graphic Designer, you'll also be working with our engineering, product, and operations teams to make sure that graphics work throughout the company is being created and is cohesive with the brand you'll help us solidify. 
• Scaling: We're growing. And that means that we want you to be invested in that growth. So that means staying creative but know we're going to be process oriented as an organization. Help us optimize our work by optimizing you and your teams work. Which will ultimately result in us failing faster, doing better, and creating more!

Our Preferred Qualifications:
 

• 1-2+ years of Graphic or Visual Design experience
• OR a killer portfolio and aesthetic
• A deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
• A desire to get on the job experience with UX/UI
• You’ve got experience working with a fast team on real design execution
• ++Experience with video editing
• A unbridled passion for design, be it in VR, sports, gaming, or anything. We just appreciate passion...
• You fully endorse the "no brilliant jerks" mentality
• You’re not afraid of an honest, open, yet entirely respectful work environment.
• Your luck with the /giphy command in Slack is inconceivable.
