Bubble is the leading no-code builder for web and mobile apps. Our platform lets any computer-literate person build a tech business without prior programming knowledge. One Bubble user with a few days of training is equivalent to a team of software engineers with years of experience. We’ve already enabled thousands of businesses around the world to build software. Many of these businesses have gone on to great success, including raising hundreds of millions in capital or joining Y Combinator. With more people turning to entrepreneurship and digital products as COVID impacts the economy, Bubble’s solution is increasingly critical.

We’re looking for a Growth Designer to help us evolve our product and shape it for faster growth. As we’re using Bubble for our own web app, we can iterate very quickly on our product (except for the application editor), and we think there is a major opportunity in improving the user experience of the web application or in launching new product-led initiatives.

In particular, as our Growth Designer, you will

• Build, maintain and improve the UX and design of our main web application, built on Bubble (bubble.io, containing both marketing pages and landing pages, but also the template/plugins marketplace, bootcamps platform, account management and billing options, etc.).
• Work with other people on the growth team as we push new product-driven initiatives and build them in Bubble (new marketplace offering, better educational platform, etc.).
• Ensure our blog (built on Ghost) is built and designed in an optimal way to make the best out of our content.
• Produce marketing and communication materials (including, but not limited to, ads creative, emails, written documentation). This could be done directly or through freelancers with oversight.
• Help design beautiful templates and themes for our marketplace.

Help design educational content for our users.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has product design and UI/UX experience, and a strong portfolio that illustrates it.
• Has very strong UX sense and user empathy.
• Is very organized when building complex sites/web apps.
• Strong attention to details (to the pixel) as you will push things to production directly on Bubble.
• Experience with Bubble is a plus, but it can be learned; you will need to be quickly comfortable with building complex workflows in Bubble (using database operations, APIs, etc.).
• Product Design qualification from a reputable institute. This could either be a certification from a design school or a 2-5 years of experience at a high-standard company.
