We're going after the archaic industry of investment management, and design is critical to that transformation. We're looking for someone who is excited to own that effort and set the standard for a design-focused culture at Vise.
Our office is located in One World Trade in NYC. Our office is open at limited capacity with strict contact tracing and protocols for anyone who chooses to go in. We will continue to be remote-optional until September 30, 2021. We will monitor Covid-19 trends to ensure the safety of our employees.
What you will own:
- Be a critical strategic partner to engineering, product, and business teams in driving company-level product direction
- Set the standard for Design @ Vise, from culture, to process, to quality
- Hire and develop a team of exceptional designers
- Advocate for the user above all else
What you will bring on Day 1:
- 10+ years of experience developing and launching amazing products that users love
- Track record of leading high-performing, happy product design teams
- Agility and creativity required to scale a team and yourself in a high-growth environment
- A hunger to change investment management for the better
