CONTRIBUTION

Visual designers at StrongArm Tech will produce compelling and original designs for the product and marketing applications, with a heavy focus on collateral creation, social media support, and overall website maintenance. They will work collaboratively with a visual design director and marketing director, as well as other team members, to translate their requirements into visual design that is functional, visually exciting and true to the brand. Additionally, this role will:

• Be required to think creatively and lead design projects.
• Design and create a visual library of illustrations/icons/motion graphics/etc  for various applications.
• Support marketing and business development with verbal and visual execution on various materials.
• Support social media efforts by producing quick and compelling visual assets - illustration, video, image, photoshop, etc.
• Support design team to maintain and evolve design library.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic visual design or relevant fields.
• Proficiency on basic Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Web & App design.
• Proficiency on Motion graphic design skill is a plus.
