The Role:

The DailyPay Product team is looking for a seasoned product interface and experience designer to lead product design. You will be responsible for designing the entire visual experience of the product used by both employees and by companies nationally.

You will collaborate with product leadership and be responsible for leading our product design team. This is an individual contributor and strategic leader role with the opportunity to grow into leadership with time.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead and expand our product design team across 3 core products
• Own the deliverables produced by the entire product design team
• Drive and expand our existing design procedures
• Design multiple versions of user experience prototypes which optimize the existing DailyPay products
• Design new features and products from the ground up
• Continue to expand our product design system
• Collaborate with our analytics and user research teams to monitor user behavior and identify key optimization opportunities in our existing products
• Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure high-quality feature implementation
• Translate sophisticated ideas into user-friendly designs and experiences

What You Bring to The Team:

• 7+ years of experience working in Product Design with a focus on both UX and UI
• Outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Typography, Interaction and Visual Design
• Deep experience with the latest screen and prototype design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Framer, etc.
• Mobile design experience
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Past experience collaborating with product and tech team partners
• Appreciation for minimalist interfaces that accomplish complex tasks
• An odd obsession with supervising design trends and desire to discuss why they make sense or are awful
• Experience with running user testing sessions preferred
• You stay current on trends in the industry and bring thought leadership to DailyPay customers
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and design as communication
• Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
