WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as UX Lead for new business activities, presentations and estimates
  • Lead a UX team in the creation site maps, flows, navigation strategies and wireframe prototypes and annotations
  • Lead UX aspects of design projects including user research and usability testing activities
  • Lead the data analysis and development of mental models and customer-journey maps
  • Collaborate with cross functional design teams on process, interaction design and flows
  • Present research findings and design work to internal team as well as clients
  • Organize and delegate work to other UX designers as appropriate and provide mentorship

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 7+ years of experience with design software including Sketch, InVision, Adobe, etc
  • Strong ability to lead user research and testing activities and deliverables
  • Excellent ability to explain complex design decisions to experts and laypeople
  • Strong understanding of interaction, responsive and service design, and usability best practices
  • Strong ability to lead UX activities within both agile and waterfall environments
  • Ability to accurately estimate and delegate work so that it is delivered on time and on budget
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies for desktop and mobile and interest in emerging technologies such as AR/VR and IoT
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and lead presentations for internal and client audiences
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • High-level knowledge of visual design and front-end development
