About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and experienced User Experience Designer [UX/UI] with exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills and solid design instincts. You will translate business needs, creating experiences that will delight and empower our customers. You will conceptualize the user experience flow from wireframe to execution for mobile apps, create functional UI/UX prototypes, and gauge the usability of new and existing products while making well thought-out suggestions. You are a problem solver, effective communicator, and will bring a mix of proven user centric design paradigms and the ability to challenge conventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
  • Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
  • Create prototypes and wireframes
  • Create immersive UX/UI experiences that wow the user in fun, engaging ways
  • Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
  • Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and banners
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology, and predict what might work for both


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar
  • An online portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into a strong and unique creative vision; demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design
  • Experience designing mobile and web applications
  • Professional proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma or equivalent
  • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements
  • Strong user experience skill set including strategy, information architecture, user flow design, typography and design aesthetic
  • Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from product management, engineering, and marketing. You go after, and achieve stakeholder buy-in
  • Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience creating design systems for digital products a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in digital design, graphic design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
