The Role

We offer a unique opportunity for a graphic designer to help us continue in our quest to expand membership to our coffee subscription and continue to elevate our roasters. You will work collaboratively with the Head of Design and cross-functional teams to ensure design deliverables meet and exceed customer expectations and are aligned with key business goals. More broadly, you will be expected to think innovatively throughout the creative process to continue the forward momentum of the Trade brand evolution. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position.
 

You Will

• Take on day-to-day design needs such as email, blog, social & paid media assets, as well as general print and UI design updates as needed 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize email marketing and social content
• Think and design laterally across all key touch-points in the Trade brand
• Maintain brand consistency and design standards
• Understand marketing learnings and feedback to optimize designs and turn around edits quickly

You Are

• A professional designer with 3+ years of experience
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit 
• A resourceful, highly organized, and creative problem solver
• A strong conceptual thinker who can think across multiple platforms of communication
• Well-versed in graphic design, layout and typography
• Detail-oriented - ‘pixel perfect’ is the only way of working for you
• Meticulous about keeping your workfiles organized
• Able to handle multiple projects and know where to prioritize
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator in particular) and Sketch
• Experienced with cross-functional and remote teams

You Preferably Have

• Knowledge of print design and production
• Experience with creating and editing motion graphics & video
• Previous experience in e-commerce or in a startup
