The Role:

The DailyPay Product team is looking for a seasoned product designer. You will be responsible for designing the communications experience for a product used by employees and by companies nationally.

You will be collaborating with the user communications team to design and develop compelling communications about DailyPay products and services in a data-driven growth environment.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Contribute visual design for experiments to be deployed on a daily and weekly basis
• Develop a design system informed by the company brand and aesthetic that can be used within communications use cases
• Oversee the collection, organization, and reporting of qualitative user insights
• Collaborate with analysts to monitor user behavior and identify key optimization opportunities in our existing communications
• Translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs and experiences

What You Bring to The Team:

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent working in Product Design with a focus on both UI and UX
• Exceptional portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Typography, Interaction and Visual Design
• Ability to design elegant visuals that meet an extensive list of stakeholder constraints
• Deep experience with the latest screen and prototype design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Framer, etc.
• Mobile and email design experience
• Past experience collaborating with product and tech team stakeholders
• Appreciation for minimalist interfaces that accomplish complex tasks
• A passion for monitoring design trends and desire to discuss their merits
• Experience running user testing sessions preferred
• Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
