About the Role
As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be part of the Marketing organization and collaborate with partners across Growth, product and legal to tell the story of our company, products and services in a visually compelling way. You will develop creative assets that are optimized for conversion and maintain our high brand standards to illustrate how Ro can help patients on their health journey.Reporting into our Group Manager Brand Design, you'll work with the Brand Design team to maintain, build, and evolve Ro’s broader portfolio of brands.
About the You
You are an experienced digital designer who loves to connect your work to business and brand strategy. You think deeply about how you can visually translate a brand’s value proposition into something that makes a customer take action. You enjoy turning that thinking into visual design systems reflective of our empathy for patients and high standard of care.
What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualize and design brand experiences that communicate Ro's values, features, and benefits across a variety of channels with a focus on CRM, website landing pages, paid and organic social, and more.
- Work with partners across the organization to understand the impact that your design work has on key business metrics and actively apply those learnings to future creative assets you develop.
- Craft design deliverables including key visual assets, infographics, iconography and more for the projects you work on.
- Work collaboratively with Creative and Product Design teams to facilitate and document company design decisions.

- Steward the implementation and evolution of our design standards and systems.
- Be a voice in the room for the Brand Design team in cross functional working groups.
- Participate in user research and testing when applicable.
- Look for opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 - 7 years of design experience
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Video Editing).
- Ability to take design ideas from sketch to finished results.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at onceLogic and presentation skills necessary to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skillsExcited to contribute and take ownership at an early stage of a company.
- Flexible in a fast-changing startup environmentGreat foundational design skills (typography, composition, overall good design sensibilities.)
- An interest or experience in print and packaging design
- Proficiency in or desire to learn Figma
- Animation, illustration, prototyping, and/or 3D
