The Role:

UI/UX Design efforts on the Studio team at DailyPay are aimed at inspiring engagement, driving new user enrollment, driving acquisition of B2B partners, supporting talent acquisition and continuing to build the brand. You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets within web pages and landing pages. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong design ethos and aesthetic, and a thirst to build compelling web pages, landing pages, and graphic treatments that inspire new users to try DailyPay, prospects to reach out to DailyPay and potential new employees to join DailyPay.  They should be motivated by developing design that communicate DailyPay's key value propositions in ways that effectively drive business results, and are very comfortable presenting design ideas directly to stakeholders on multiple teams. They enjoy managing the quality of all design deliverables to ensure they meet DailyPay’s high creative standards, and possess a collaborative and easy going work ethic with the ability to give and take creative feedback and constructive criticism gracefully.  They are naturally curious and passionate about the brand and storytelling journey and desire to work within a team to deliver an amazing product.  This person should have a self-starter mentality with strong design skills across digital and website.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Plan and implement new designs 
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Test for intuitivity and experience
• Communicate with internal clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing 
• Conduct an ongoing user research

What You Bring to The Team:

• 4+ years professional experience UI-UX Designer or similar role. 
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• High proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, & Powerpoint/Keynote. 
• A passion for design, typography, creative and brand thinking.
• Comfortable having work evaluated based on strict performance metrics. 
• UX/UI design portfolio
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail oriented
• Critical thinker
• Problem solver and customer-centered
• Insightful, creative eye, and outstanding attention to detail.  
• Empathy for the customer and their interaction with the brand in advertising.
• Self-starter who possesses the ability to create original designs
• Strong project management skills; experience working cross functionally with Creative and Marketing teams a plus.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated with the ability to excel in a hands-on, fast paced environment.
• An eagerness to learn about new business models and tackle strategic issues.
• A great attitude and sense of humor.
