Video Producer - Patient & Provider Education

Force Therapeutics is a rapidly growing digital health company that is changing the way patients recover from injury and surgery. Force is seeking a highly organized and creative Video Producer to join our Content Team in reimagining the way providers educate their patients.  

The Force Content Team is dedicated to producing informative and engaging video-based content to empower our users. We are the in-house one-stop-shop for explainer videos, live exercise videos, provider videos, user testimonials, demos, training videos, and animated education. 

Reporting to the Content Manager, you will drive all aspects of video production, from conception to delivery, in order to produce engaging short-form educational videos for our users. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production of all Force video content. Pitch, script, shoot, direct, edit, and deliver original videos for a range of projects. 

  • Manage the coordination of live production including; travel scheduling, booking locations, selecting crew, directing talent, and tracking budgets. 

  • Expertly edit video, audio, and motion graphics to produce content consistent with the Force style guide. 

  • Work directly with the lead animator to bring patient education and complex medical topics to life.

  • Utilize in-house and freelance clinical experts to produce engaging patient education.

  • Manage production process and workflows, from footage ingest to final delivery. 

  • Collaborate across our Clinical, Marketing, and Product teams to meet the content needs of multiple stakeholders.  

  • Understand the needs and goals of each project in order to guide the development of custom content. 

  • Use data insights and user research to inform your creative decisions and grow Force’s video strategy. 

  • Balance numerous projects with overlapping deadlines. 

  • Review, manage and update the Force video library. 

 

About You:

  • Ability to manage competing priorities; exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Strategic problem-solver with a can-do approach to production and an eagerness to do more with less.

  • Creative storyteller with proven experience in bringing complicated topics to life with dynamic and engaging visuals.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to be kind, flexible, and adaptive in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Comfortable leading shoots and supervising short-term productions from SOW to delivery. 

  • Versed in video lighting equipment and techniques. 

  • Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics preferred.

  • Team-oriented, with experience working cross-functionally, with internal and external clients. 

  • A passion for healthcare, education, design thinking, or instructional design is a plus!
