What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the continuous improvement of the Parker Waichman and Smart Advocate websites and digital campaigns. We have four sites, thousands of pages, millions of dollars of promtional campaigns... and we constantly seek to improve them. Better, more modern, more exciting...
• Managing and executing a rapidly-changing presence.
• Thinking about design, tech and advertising all at once.
• Significantly scaling the Parker Waichman and Smart Advocate digital presence.
• Developing a technical roadmap and project managing priority implementations.
• Informing key stakeholders on progress.
• Collaborating with a broad array of colleagues, agencies and partners.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with web design, technical management and content.
• Deep understanding of web sites and their operation, including the ability to build/manage Word Press.
• Experience leading a team and managing stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset and extremely strong prioritization skills.
• Fast learner with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated team player, ready to work hard and get stuff done.
