We are looking for a Wix Design Advisor who will work from one of our Wix offices (New York, Denver, or Miami) and professionally advise our users and agencies that use Wix, demonstrating our capabilities and providing ongoing (design/SEO/business) support.
You are:
An experienced Design Expert with 3 years spent on the web. You live and breathe design, SEO, web tech, and trends, and you’re passionate about leading designers and users through to craft their visions. You’re design-savvy, super-comfortable working with customers and you’re an excellent communicator. You’re also more than capable of collaborating with team members to deliver stunning results and demonstrate our platform’s capabilities.
Bonus points if you are already a designated Wix expert.
As a Web Design Advisor, you will:
- Proactively provide design tips, feedback, and suggestions.
- Assist with the onboarding of Wix agencies, experts, and users, while passing along knowledge and expertise in web design and the Wix platform.
- Demonstrate Wix’s capabilities as the best website creation platform.
- Come up with creative alternatives to overcome technical challenges on the Wix platform.
- Work alongside the Customer Success Manager, as a professional representative of Wix.
- Act as the Product Management ambassador, communicating customer feedback and product challenges to relevant Product Managers.
