What you'll do:
As our Customer Insights Analyst, you will architect powerful data-driven stories that affirm the value of White Ops' service to our most cherished enterprise partners. White Ops' bot detection and prevention technology produces profound and highly sought after data that ultimately protects the revenue and reputation of some of the world’s largest brands and technology platforms. In this role, you will look for trends, patterns and anomalies that are an integral part of ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving company revenue goals.
- Obsess over macro and client specific data, looking for anomalies, trends and patterns in order to identify and measure the impact of malicious bots.
- Be hyper responsive to internal stakeholders and partner inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time.
- Become a student of customer platform and services. Share this knowledge with the WO team.
- Be a toolmaker - Make data more easily digestible and accessible for internal stakeholders and the Exec team to reference and interpret.
- Work with Customer Success and business leads to develop core data and storyline for QBRs
- Provide supplemental data analyst support to Customer Success and Sales team across non enterprise partnerships.
Who you are:
- Strong experience in a Data Science, Media Insights and / or Business Intelligence role
- Experience in SaaS-driven Cyber Security and Marketing Technology
- Excellent communication and presentations skills – both over the phone and in person
- More than proficient with excel and powerpoint
- Knowledge of SQL, R or Python
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
