About the role:

An Engineering Manager at Blink Health will be the people and technical manager of a team of between 4-6 experienced software engineers and have a wide range of important responsibilities. This person will make sure his/her employees are continuously motivated, are aware of their roles and responsibilities and know what is happening across all organizations of the business. The technical responsibilities for the team are numerous but are highlighted by:

• Perform peer code and architecture reviews
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve our run-books
• Work closely with their Product Manager and Designer counterparts in order to smoothly execute the holistic business and product direction of the company.
• Collaborate with your team to architect and document new systems
• Be the point person on the team to run all major architectural decisions
• Be a technical mentor to all team members, and contributing code the Blink software foundation.
• Engineering managers also participate and are expected to be leaders in cross functional engineering initiatives such as how to enable Blink to scale to millions of customers.

About You:

You are an engineering manager who, above all, is excited to build products that give our customers the best possible experience purchasing prescription medications. You have professional experience working on a team turning ideas into reliable, maintainable code.

• Are excited to both design scalable APIs and elegant front-end code
