Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to our software engineers in the development of their careers
• Collaboratively work with technology and other stakeholders to apply the principles of the Agile methodology in developing and executing the product roadmap
• Continuously improve the process of delivering software
• Develop upon the talents of our technical team, including your own
• Appreciate the technical needs of senior engineers and ensure those needs are being addressed in sprint planning and execution

Skills Needed:

• 5+ years experience in a highly technical role
• 4+ years experience providing leadership and management to software engineers
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one scripting language and a compiled/statically typed language
• Articulate in a variety of modern web and non-web technologies
• Leadership in promoting best practices and high quality code in your teams
• Demonstrated proficiency of planning, prioritizing and realizing improvements in the coordination of a technical scrum team
• Skillful in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• You thrive in learning from colleagues and mentoring others
