For the Enterprise Solutions Engineer role, we’re looking for a sharp communicator who wants to make a real impact. This person will be critical to success for the Sales and Customer Success teams as a creative solutions oriented consultant and an ‘influencer’ at key touchpoints in the Sales lifecycle. As the first Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Custora, you’ll also have the opportunity to help define what excellence and process creation mean in this role.

Things you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive technical and use case driven solutions for prospective customers looking to use Custora’s software
  • Lead discovery and research into prospective customer use cases, data architecture, and integrations
  • Play the role of technical expert and collaborative problem solver with prospects and customers
  • Sit at the nexus of the Sales and Product Management teams by relaying feedback and helping shape Custora’s product roadmap based on what you’re hearing out on the field
  • Create process and best practices for Solutions Engineering at Custora

Things you have:

  • 3-5 years of solutions engineering at a software company, technical consulting, or CRM experience at a retailer
  • Off the charts communication skills. You’re able to lead strategy sessions and sales meetings with various stakeholders from senior executives to IT folks to marketing managers
  • Creativity and critical thinking skills. You’re fanatical about always driving down to the “why” and aren’t afraid to think outside the box when architecting possible solutions
  • Technical fluency and industry knowledge. You’re comfortable talking about the CRM and e-commerce space, and are excited to continuously be building your knowledge base
