We’re excited to welcome a seasoned Engineering Manager to our mobile team to oversee this growth, working closely with our leadership team to expand and improve our mobile offerings, while scaling the team.

What you'll do:

• Manage and coach a team of experienced developers and tech leads
• Recruit and scale the mobile team - we anticipate doubling in the next 18 months
• Work closely with engineering, product, and design leaders to develop ongoing strategy and roadmaps
• Develop and execute strategy to launch tv apps (Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, etc.)
• Perform code reviews and write automated tests to ensure high quality code
• Architect and write scalable mobile code and features

Why we're excited about you:

• Seasoned manager, comfortable recruiting, coaching, and mentoring highly talented engineers (experience managing outsourced development is a plus)
• Deep experience in both Android and iOS platform architecture
• Fluent in testing best practices across platforms, frameworks, and device types
• Experience working with backend engineers to build high-performance, well-documented APIs
• TV, video, education experience a plus
