As a People Systems Manager, you’ll get to: 

• Act as the thought leader on building the roadmap for the people tech stack at Paxos that is scalable for the growth to come
• Use your process oriented mindset to help build the most efficient and scalable workflows/business processes to support our org
• Translate our business goals and People Team objectives & roadmap into actionable systems, tools and automations enhancements 
• Play a key role in scaling the people function at a fast growing transformational company in blockchain infrastructure
• Partner with cross functional leaders & stakeholders to create positive hiring and people experience outcomes. This includes executives,managers, colleagues across the larger  people team and other teams that we work close with
• Leverage systems and tools as mechanisms to create opportunities to drive programmatic insights and to enable talent decision making
• Responsible for successful adoption of all people systems & tools including but not limited to creating training resources and support and adoption programs that is relevant to the target audience
• Drive a cohesive understanding of the sensitivity of people data and  manage systems & data permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users
• Work with our procurement and vendor intake team to evaluate, purchase and onboard people tools
• Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!

Your experience should include:

• 6+ years of experience in a similar capability being a thought partner, a technical minded expert and hands-on project manager of HR systems & tools implementations 
• Solid understanding of data security & permissioning standards as it relates to people data & GDPR provisions
• Ability to understand the bigger picture, integrate technology ecosystem, security requirements and compliance landscape to design and craft the best business processes
• Experience procuring and implementing people tooling
• Experience training and increase adoption of tooling with stakeholders
• Ability to effectively prioritize and project manage multiple projects and collaborate with relevant cross functional stakeholders
• Ability to drive new systems projects & initiatives from initial assessment to maintenance phase
• Ability to guide and instruct stakeholders on how to best utilize tooling
• Working understanding of APIs, integrations between tools, conditional logic, etc. would be helpful
• Ability to connect & work with multiple data sets to surface insights 

You might also have: 

• Experience with implementing Workday is highly preferred
• Experience managing Bamboo HR
• Working knowledge of scripting to help automate
• Experience with people tools such as Lattice, Peakon, GreenhouseLinkedIn enterprise, Gem, Seekout, plus other organizational tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, Slack, Okta, etc.
• Ability to build reporting and dashboards a plus
