Based in London and New York, we are the creative technology company powering over 90% of the world’s interactive video content, enabling brands such as Disney, Ted Baker, and Dulux to explore new horizons in audience engagement and interaction, making their video content much harder working. Our Studio platform uses AI to create hotspots, content overlays, video branching and other features, making every face and object in video content touchable and clickable - and our clients are mostly in marketing, advertising and TV.
The WIREWAX Studio is a SaaS platform, but we also have an in-house Creative Solutions team who collaborate directly with ad agencies and brand clients on specific interactive projects.

About the role…
Our small but rapidly growing New York office is seeking an organised self starter to focus on the evolution and processes for our project and product manual QA.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we’re excited to talk with you.
We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed, while also collaborating with the QA team in London.
What you will do as our QA Engineer..
Align steps within QA and formalise best practice.
Create required documentation for internal and external purpose (specification requirements, Test plan, Test report).
Formally structure the support methods with sales and delivery.
Formalise weekly reports for internal viewing across our self service platform our custom delivery and our product development.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Experience in a QA manual capacity.
Computer savvy & familiarity with web and mobile technology.
Ability to structure the process steps for the cycle of QA.
Experience with using Jira.
Experience with responsive design.
Solid awareness of cross-browser issues and Cross-device compatibility (iOS/Android, Windows/Mac).
Experience with creating required documentation for internal and external purpose (specification requirements, Test plan, Test report).
Experience with identity script errors and helping the development team resolve them.
Some knowledge of reusable components with UI/UX.
Some knowledge in HTML5 video and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Ability to perform basic research and report results to improve the evolution of the WIREWAX product
