Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring and executing of various CRM initiatives that are crucial to our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. We achieve this through three main pods: Strategy & Insights, Systems & Infrastructure, and Process & Enablement – this role would be part of the Systems & Infrastructure pod.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as primary system administrator for Spring Health Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, and Health Cloud) with over 130+ users and growing
- Provide administrative support for any Salesforce ad-hoc requests (basic reporting, modifying data architecture, page layouts & visibility, etc.)
- Create & improve any necessary automation (Lightning Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
- Manage & improve the overall data architecture across standard & custom objects and documenting data flow between systems
- Manage security & governance re: profiles, roles, sharing rules, automation (Lightning Flows & Process Builder), and public groups
- Perform key administrator functions including maintenance, updates, system backups, and integration with various systems and applications
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for Salesforce development
- Provide guidance and support for performing database maintenance tasks, including bulk updates, deduplication & other cleansing
- Manage & improve internal ticketing system via Salesforce Cases
- Proactively identify & executing on ways to streamline existing recommendations/solutions for change and improvement with Salesforce processes
- Work with IT and security teams on provisioning and managing Salesforce user accounts

What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce administration
- Required understanding of Salesforce data infrastructure (Standard & Custom objects), reporting & dashboards, process automation (Flows & Process Builder), security (profiles, roles, permission sets), data management (Data Import Wizard / Dataloader)
- Experience with any of the following is a PLUS, not required: Outreach.io, Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, RingLead, SalesNavigator, Orum, Looker, LaneFour, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Xappex G-Connector, Salesforce Health Cloud
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin or Advanced Admin) are a PLUS, not required
- Proficiency in data analysis / formulas in Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, Avg/Sum/Count)
- Aptitude for proactively identifying ways to improve systems and processes
- Attention to detail - ability to identify discrepancies in data & gaps in process
- Fast learner comfortable adapting to new processes and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to summarize findings, results, and ideas clearly and concisely)
- Excellent project & time management abilities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
