We’re currently hiring a Salesforce Administrator dedicated to ensuring we are maximizing the efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the businesses needs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize BetterCloud’s Salesforce.com instance with the growth path to own other large scale business systems applications and the connections between them.
  • Help design, build, manage and overhaul data management processes in Salesforce.com and other large scale SaaS applications.
  • Be a counterpart between Sales and Marketing to execute on ways to improve work streams and drive efficiency across the organization measured in saved hours on repetitive tasks and reduced friction for the front line sales teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Serve as technical support “go to” person for salesforce.com and connected apps.
  • Seek out and identify needed system changes and updates.
  • Create and maintain new objects as well as new validation and workflow rules
  • Handle user license administration and privileging for both Salesforce.com and connected applications.

Qualifications | Required

  • One or more active Salesforce Certifications, preferably Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder
  • Proficiency leveraging APEX/ and/or Java
  • Hands on and in depth experience with the Administration and customization of Enterprise SaaS solutions such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, NetSuite, Zuora, Slack, and G Suite.
  • 2-5 years of Salesforce.com Administration Experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com capabilities and add ons.
  • Salesforce.com auditing and remediation experience.
  • Familiarity leveraging APIs to move information between SaaS applications and databases.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • BS/BA degree and three + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications | Recommended

  • Understanding of relational databases.
  • Familiarity with any scripting language. with a preferred emphasis on Python.
  • Data visualization experience using BI tools like tableau.
  • Excel proficiency to manipulate and analyze data.
