At Third Summit, our goal is to build products that literally do not exist yet. We’re creating widespread, complex, all-encompassing ecosystems for creative professionals—and once they see the finished product, they get it. It clicks. We’re building tools that iron out clunky workflows, that help them get paid faster and organize assets intelligently, so creatives can focus less on administration and more on the work they love.
Our flagship platform is Alteon, a SaaS platform that, in 2021, will combine cloud-based collaborative and storage tools with a payment processor and virtual talent marketplace. We’re like Dropbox, Paypal and UpWork all rolled into one—but tailored for production professionals.
We’re currently building out our internal engineering team to help make our vision a reality. You’ll be joining a tight, enthusiastic and quickly growing team. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced, agile, deadline-driven environment and can collaborate professionally and quickly with colleagues to meet goals. We have reached a point where we can rely heavily on marketing and social media to gain users and real traction. We’re building tools made for creatives, therefore our overall branding and messaging should live up to the quality we are promising our users.

What we’d like to see
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3+ years experience creating interfaces, large-scale digital experiences, or applications
- A portfolio of work demonstrating effective design processes and interaction and visual design skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to work with developers and a product team as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
- Figma/Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.).
- Experience in building/maintaining component libraries.
- Strong experience using various prototyping tools to help understand the problem, test concepts and communicate experiences to internal teams.
- Full understanding of how to identify the true needs of users through research, Customer Journey Mapping, Jobs To Be Done theory and apply the insights to the design strategy and business needs.
- A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation. You know a product needs to extend past a pretty facade.
- Knowledge of Service Design, design systems, and agile methodologies.
- Risk taking in design, pushing past the obvious. Take ownership and push the product further into the future.
