• Attracted industry-leading talent, built efficient team structure, and scaled our development teams to solidify our position as the industry's undisputed innovator in cryptocurrency compliance and investigative solutions
• Effectively managed, developed, and empowered the Engineering Managers, who oversee multiple teams of high-performing engineers, and supported them in the delivery process of Chainalysis's products
• Along with input from other leaders including the CEO, developed and guided the implementation of Chainalysis's engineering strategy and team design, operating plan, and resource allocation for the department, including prioritization and staff deployment
• Determined OKRs, project planning and resource requirements that enabled the engineering team to successfully execute on our roadmap
• Built and maintained the strong lines of communication between Engineering, Product, Product Design and Data Science teams
• Represented Engineering at the company level through cross functional collaboration between our technical and commercial teams
• Maintained a culture that adheres to Chainalysis's values of give first, radical gradualism, strong convictions loosely held, and rigor, not rigor mortis
