We are looking for an experienced Webflow & Front End Developer to join our product team in our NYC Headquarters. This role would be responsible for building a high quality, scalable, efficient, and iterative pipeline of Webflow pages, demos and services of varying complexity, serving both marketing and product needs. You will be working directly with the Creative Director and paid marketing stakeholders to continuously test new hypotheses and hit company goals. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of responsive design, conversion focused design optimization as well as fluency in technical aspects of load-speed, metadata, SEO optimization and A/B test. About This Role

• Demonstrate high level of competence in fast paced development and maintenance of Webflow and HTML/CSS products at scale.
• Awareness of technical aspects of load-speed, indexing, metadata and SEO optimization.
• Understanding of API and third party integrations in Webflow.
• Experience with funnel A/B testing and results driven, fast-paced iterative development.
• Understanding of fundamental tracking and analytics.
• Ability to tap into business objectives, KPIs, and how efficient product development can be used to achieve company goals.
• Deep understanding of designing reusable, modular/component based web designs adhering to marketing campaigns and product design.
• Well versed in interaction design, easing curves and UI animation as a tool to encourage customer decision making, reduce visual complexity and reward action.
• Fluent in the technical aspects of exporting images, videos and json for light and crisp web development.

Requirements

About You

• 4+ years of experience in web development and design.
• Essential Skills: Expert level webflow development, HTML/CSS and web design.
• Solid experience with conversion-optimized design and e-commerce flows driving purchase intent.
• Experience with React is a plus.
• Energized by juggling multiple projects on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings and be able to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs.
• Communicate effectively (verbal & written) and are able to sell ideas and clearly explain findings.
• At ease with ambiguity.
• Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong portfolio or live work samples.
