Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management
Our mission is to serve cancer patients and our customers by dramatically improving treatment and accelerating research. Our team is building a disruptive, oncology-specific software platform that connects cancer centers across the world on a common technology infrastructure to address key healthcare challenges. Today, the Flatiron Health OncologyCloud™ platform includes the industry-leading electronic medical record for oncology, a first-of-its-kind analytics tool, patient portal, and integrated billing management. Our goal is to help cancer centers leverage real-world oncology data at a scale and clinical depth never before seen, to advance cancer care and accelerate research.
As the Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management, you will work together with the strategic initiatives, product management, and customer success teams at Flatiron to help build our provider-facing business operations offering. As part of that effort, you will manage relationships and operationalize joint initiatives with our partners, you will implement, support and synthesize feedback from our oncology practice customers, and you will support internal teams by developing processes to measure and improve the quality our offering.
Responsibilities:
- Wear a variety of hats to develop, operationalize and streamline Flatiron’s new offerings to help our customers optimize their business operations
- Ensure smooth implementation and support of these new offerings at our customers
- Become the expert on this new offering, the primary liaison with our partners in this space, and the expert on our customer's workflow and use of this offering
- Measure and refine key internal processes and external partner processes to deliver better solutions
