The Role

As part of the Digital Finance team, in this high impact role, you will manage Vice Digital’s revenue budget & projections, as well as detailed analysis of Actual results.

 Responsibilities

• End to end ownership for Revenue budgeting, forecasting, pacing and variance analysis. This includes developing metrics and analysis for the projections of the Forecast and Budget. Also includes preparing in-depth analysis on drivers of actual results - including detailed variances in the main levers (ie: traffic, pricing, sell-thru, etc.)
• Partner closely with the Commercial teams to deliver on the above
• Finance approver for margins on deals
• Help in the annual review of sales compensation plan
• Develop expertise in market trends, growth, and competition

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience, preferably recent experience in digital media
• Deep knowledge of VICE and the digital media landscape
• A strong proficiency in analytical problem solving, visual and verbal communication, and simplifying complex ideas into clear and actionable recommendations
• Ability to thrive in challenging and unstructured environments
