Bread’s finance organization is critical to both the daily operations and long-term strategy of our financial technology business. The Capital Markets Transaction Manager will be a key member of Bread’s growing finance team. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to execute on the company’s financing needs.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the company’s daily funding position
• Assist in the execution of various Capital Markets initiatives
• Create Borrowing Base reports, monthly servicing reports and performance reports for our Lenders
• Work cross functionally with FP&A, Sales, Legal, Collections, Risk and Product
• Forecast financing needs and performance metrics
• Facilitate due diligence with existing Lenders as well as potential Lenders

 Your skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years working in financial services or financial institutions group; direct experience with unsecured consumer finance products +
• Understanding of Capital Markets
• Strong Excel skills (Tableau and SQL +)
• Objective, fact based approach yet comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
