Client Success Summer Internship

T-REX is seeking a Client Success Summer Intern to join the Client Success team. The intern will be responsible for driving customer engagement to our clients and users. The intern will also be responsible for maximizing customer retention, driving user engagement and facilitating deep and wide usage of T-REX for our clients and the greater T-REX network. 

What you’ll do:  

In partnership with the Client Success team, the goal of this internship is to create, develop and run a repeatable client engagement campaign to drive functional and product engagement across our existing client and user base. Functions will include:

• Create, develop and run a repeatable client engagement campaign 
  • Drive client user engagement through automated processes 
  • Leverage existing internal marketing and sales operations platforms including Salesforce, Hubspot and LinkedIn to generate client awareness on T-REX products and services 
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools, including details KPIs and metrics, to validate campaign effectiveness  
  • Identify client growth and expansion opportunities with the ability to communicate these opportunities to Product Specialists and Account Managers 
• Develop a deep knowledge of the T-REX client and users and why T-REX is valuable to their enterprise

What we’re looking for

• Experience, education or a prior internship in the financial markets, Structured Finance,  Project Finance, or ABS markets is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions in simple terms
• Creative thinker with the ability to anticipate barriers to entry, paths to success, and connect the dots. 
• Team player with the ability to work independently, proactively and drive processes across the team
• A quick learner who will not be afraid to ask detailed questions 
• Driven to know our clients, their business, our product and understand how our product fits into the financial ecosystem
• Experience working with sale operations systems including Salesforce and / or Hubspot is a plus
