What you'll do:

• Work alongside the CFO to create a long-term, robust financial operations ecosystem for customers and employees alike
• Continually enhance finance operations across the organization, including Billing, A/R, A/P, Accounting, Payroll, Analytics and Cash Management to identify automation and enhancement opportunities that drive efficiencies
• Identify, plan, and implement ways to increase automation in financial and operational workflows by revamping existing systems and creating new systems from scratch
• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams to problem solve how to improve financial workflows and explore ways to insert workflows into our products
• Manage large scale transformation projects and initiatives, specifically in areas of automation enablement in finance and shared services set up and design
• Seek out and analyze data from a variety of sources to support decisions and to align others with the organization’s overall strategy.
• Continuously iterate upon existing workflows to support the evolving needs of a company in growth mode
• Be a strategic leader and vocal advocate for the finance team across the company

About you:

• 5+ years of automation enablement and / or business process improvement experience
• Experience in NetSuite environment a plus, including implementing niche solutions designed for NetSuite
• You are self-starter who can create order out of ambiguity 
• You are collaborative and know how to influence others
• You are a systems thinker that can quickly synthesize information into actionable work
• You have prior experience leading the build-out of new financial operations workflows
• You get excited about the intersection of finance and technology 
• You have strong project management skills; detail-oriented
• You are a big picture, strategic thinker who doesn’t mind digging in the weeds to execute
• You are entrepreneurial and creative individual who has an approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
