Working alongside our Head of Corporate Finance, the Director of FP&A will be charged with driving the budgeting and forecasting processes as well as financial analysis activities. S/he will grow with the company and be instrumental in building out a world class financial organization.

What You’ll Do

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Lead the overall budgeting and forecasting processes and related activities
• Partner with department leads to forecast future trends and plan for risks and opportunities
• Maintain focus on growth and appropriate cost structure
• Manage the implementation and enhancement of financial modeling system

KPI Reporting and Analytics

• Build the process to ensure we have the right margin for the business
• Work with Accounting and Controller partner to report on actuals YTD and QT
• Create and publish KPIs in a timely manner, use KPIs to drive the operations
• Any ad-hoc analysis

• 7-10 years of experience in Finance or FP&A related roles
• Ability to effectively partner and influence senior level cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling abilities.
