nTopology is looking for a Finance Associate to join our team at an exciting moment of growth. You’re a natural problem-solver, extremely detail-oriented, and excited about a role where you can apply your analytic and quantitative skills to all aspects of nTopology’s financial operations.

The Finance Associate will report to the Finance Manager and will work closely with the entire finance and accounting teams.

Can be based in New York, NY, or Remote in the U.S.

What You'll Do

• Support all aspects of nTopology’s day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, tax, reporting, and budget maintenance
• Create and deliver insightful reports about nTopology's current and projected financial performance, helping us prioritize and deliver on ambitious growth goals
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, tax filings, and monthly accounting as needed
• Partner with team leads to develop budgets and ensure accurate expense reporting
• Oversee and optimize AP and AR
• Identify potential areas for improvement and automation, helping nTopology scale efficiently
• Assist the finance team with OKR tracking, investor relations and board reporting

Who You Are

• You have a BA/BS in a quantitative field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (ideally a venture-backed SaaS startup)
• You enjoy learning on a daily basis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a multitude of different tasks without micromanagement
• Excited to join a fast-growing startup, with a “no task is too big or small” mindset
• Ideally has experience using systems such as Quickbooks, Roger.ai, Bill.com, Expensify, SaaSoptics, Carta, Avalara, Jirav, Floqast, Ramp, Brex, Torii
