A World-Changing Company

At Palantir, we’re passionate about building software that solves problems. We partner with the most important institutions in the world to transform how they use data and technology. Our software has been used to stop terrorist attacks, discover new medicines, gain an edge in global financial markets, and more. If these types of projects excite you, we'd love for you to join us.

The Role

As a Finance Operations Analysts, you work hard to build and transform the financial infrastructure at Palantir. You enable the finance team to improve business performance by actively improving operational effectiveness and efficiency. You do this by identifying problems and inefficiencies across the company and addressing them.

You build things from the ground up and have a knack for getting in the weeds and fixing what’s broken. Your skill set is technical in nature, and you have a vision for the future. You have a passion for creating and fixing, an adoration for analysis, the foresight to see the 30,000 foot view, and the elbow grease to get down and dirty.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, dismantle, and re-build old systems that will not scale with Palantir’s growth.
  • Identify, track, and create new metrics to improve business processes through analysis.
  • Create, implement, and track fiscal requirements across 20+ business sectors.
  • Iterate on new financial & operational models and implement them.
  • Seek out unsolved problems and take initiative to address them.

What We Value

  • 2-5 years of working experience within a high-growth tech (preferably software) company or start-up.
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hard worker, ethical, thoughtful, and most importantly, genuine.
