Slice was born in 2010 and has quietly bootstrapped its way to building a network of more than 8,000 pizzerias nationwide. Ilir Sela, our founder and CEO, started the company as a passion project to help his friends and family in the pizza business, but he quickly saw a massive opportunity to champion these small businesses by bringing their bites to the masses. What You’ll Do:

• Position will report to Director of Finance
• Responsible for creating financial models, incorporating guidance received on validated assumptions; as well as challenging data and information integrity
• Provide support to management to create an annual operating plan that is aligned to the strategic plan and perform forecasting to provide visibility into business results to enable business decisions
• Assist in identifying and implementing financial and operationally relevant Key Performance Indicators across and within respective business units
• Compiling and reporting results and understand/explaining points of variance
• Provide ad hoc reporting for executive management

 Must-haves:

• Strong financial modeling experience from an investment banking program or similar experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• 2-4 years of relevant financial experience with planning and analysis processes
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to working with senior leaders on financial planning and/or reporting
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter and self-motivator
