The Role:
Our growing finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to improve how we analyze, forecast, and report on revenue performance for our existing customer base. You will present in-depth modeling to understand business trends, variance drivers, and identify opportunities to add value and reduce risk. You are a true problem-solver and will work to automate inefficient processes across our business. You’ll also collaborate with our sales operations team and executive leadership team to help us align on data standards and principles.

You are obsessed with analyzing data, spotting trends, and making recommendations based on the patterns you identify -- and you’ve done this successfully as part of a finance team before. You have strong attention to detail and provide a structured, data-driven approach to business problem solving. You are a self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask difficult questions and is comfortable interfacing with senior leadership. You love Excel, have experience in Looker or other data visualization tools, and can’t remember the last time you built a report that was not automated/refreshable. You may have experience in sales operations (territory planning, quota setting, and compensation plan creation), but if not, you’re excited to learn these skills on the job.
