The Role

We’re looking for a highly talented and motivated FP&A Manager to join our fast growing company. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in day-to-day operations of the Finance team.

• Within 1-3 months, the ideal candidate will: 
• Build and own our financial operating model
• Report and explain performance vs. operating budgets and against industry benchmarks
• Within 3-6 months, the ideal candidate will: 
• Help department leaders in evaluating financial aspects of key business actions
• Connect sales, marketing and product initiatives to growth and profitability metrics
• Prepare materials for board meetings 
• Within 6-12 months, the ideal candidate will: 
• Suggest and implement improvements to how we understand and plan for the business
• Automate and find efficiencies in existing processes
• Build trusting relationships with key internal stakeholders

Your Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Math, Business, or similar quantitative area. MBA is a plus.
• 3 or more years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking, consulting, or finance/analytics at a fast growing SaaS startup
• Outstanding Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Analytical prowess and attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
• Eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities and learn new concepts

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, PowerBI, Salesforce, Sage Intacct
