Cherre provides investors, insurers, brokers and other large enterprises with a platform to collect, resolve, and augment real estate data from thousands of public, private, and internal sources. By providing a “single source of truth,” we empower companies to evaluate opportunities and trends faster and more accurately, while saving them millions of dollars in manual data collection and analytics costs.
Cherre is looking for VP of Finance to lead the company top down, and bottom up planning processes for all corporate short
and long term forecasts for income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, cap table models used internally and at the board level.
Responsibilities
- Cascade plans, particularly opex budgeting, down to department leads, and product leads, in a relevant format so leaders are equipped to succeed
- Improve forecast accuracy, and create a fast and efficient bookings/ARR/revenue/earnings/cash burn forecasting process
- Oversee the distribution of weekly KPI/financial dashboards to leadership team
- High energy teaming with CEO/COO to help exec leadership make great decisions around board-level topics, incl. large-scale sales hiring, capital raising, M&A/strategic BD, valuation analysis, and other strategic projects
- Partner internally/externally to drive and build process/controls, and implement systems either internally or with outsource vendors
- Leverage and improve current [financial SW package system, outsourced vendor] implementation to increase productivity and accuracy
- Oversee and own all internal and external (investor) financial reporting
