We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. This position will report directly into the Group CFO and will manage the company’s financial reporting and budgeting. You will serve as a subject matter expert to complex business performance issues to define and execute action plans. You will work cross-functionally with leadership across FP&A, legal, marketing, strategy, operations, and business development to pioneer new ideas and solve complex business challenges.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and operational execution of short and long-term business strategies and partnership which drive operating leverage in our P&L
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, and critical business insights to the Group’s leadership team
  • Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and analysis that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business including the new sports betting business
  • Address ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries
  • Manage a team of 3-5 individuals across multiple geographies

Who we’re looking for

  • 7-10+ years experience in Corporate Finance
  • MBA and other finance professional certificates (such as CFA) optional, but not required
  • High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis, including advanced Excel and understanding of accounting principals
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with outstanding commercial acumen
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to present detailed analyses in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
  • Experienced with business partnership roles, collaborating with various senior level business owners, across multiple time zones
  • Able to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
