Responsibilities...
Own the ongoing development, maintenance and administration of Workday ERP across the global business, working in close proximity with senior leadership from the business and technical teams.
Offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.
Partner, and continually enhance the Workday platform, including reporting and analysis capabilities, to meet ever-changing business requirements.
Document and manage system policies, adoption plans, and best practices to ensure Workday scalability across the global business.
Serve as a Workday product specialist, building relationships with our stakeholders across the globe as well as third-party vendors to ensure that the services and solutions provided meet existing and future business needs.
Requirements...
You have 6+ years’ Financial Systems and ERP experience in a hands-on capacity,
including Workday Financials experience.
- Experience with hands-on design, administration and implementation of Workday Financials, including end-to-end greenfield implementations and Workday
Upgrades/New Features Management. - Experience with Workday report writing (Composite, Advanced, Matrix) and a good
understanding of developing and maintaining various integrations between Workday and other systems. - Ability to partner with accounting, treasury, tax and FP&A to analyze and define business goals & requirements, translate requirements into functional and technical
designs, and implement relevant solutions within Workday Financials. - You are effective at leading change (Software implementation, Organization change,
etc). - You have experience working as a product manager, or similar, in a high performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-changing environment.
- You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done.
- You are exceptional at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context.
- You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.
- You know how to map business processes and communicate them to stakeholders
and process participants.
