Revenue Operations Analyst

This role in a nutshell. Reporting to the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, this Revenue Operations Analyst will help support the success and scalability of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. We achieve this through four main pillars: insights, processes, systems, and enablement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Insights
- Developing and managing reports and dashboards based on key performance metrics
- Ensuring data integrity, cleanliness, and consistency across Spring Health’s revenue databases (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, and Looker)
- Conducting ongoing analysis of our revenue funnel and overall trends; proactively identify insights to help grow the business
- Processes
- Ensuring that reps are maximizing their time with prospects & customers by removing process bottlenecks and troubleshooting errors
- Partnering with the Finance team to ensure that revenue details from contracts are accurately represented in Salesforce and across other systems
- Identifying and addressing gaps in processes that require collaboration & information flow across multiple functions (Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Data Science)
- Systems
- Developing and implementing CRM (Salesforce) policies and procedures that expedite processes while ensuring data accuracy and minimizing friction / added work for reps where possible.
- Supporting CRM data structure and flow - create layouts, workflows, and templates to simplify the sales process.
- Identifying areas where we can improve adoption & user experience across other tools in our revenue tech stack (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc).
- Enablement
- Training the Sales & Customer Success teams on new processes, creating documentation and usage guides.
- Maintaining and updating process documentation and rules of engagement
- Learning and implementing best practices and provide training for better user adoption

What we expect from you
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years experience in an operations and/or analytics role (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, RevOps, Business Analyst)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM required
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets required
- Basic data analysis / formulas (VLookup, Avg/Sum/Count(If), Pivot Tables)
- Experience with any of the following is a PLUS: Outreach.io, Gong, Hubspot, Looker, LaneFour, ZoomInfo, Zapier, G-Connector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to summarize findings, results, and ideas clearly and concisely)
- Excellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic environment while working on multiple projects at the same time
